  2. Hi Sam,

Welcome to the world of blogging! I am a teacher and a mum and I know that you will love working on your blog. There are lots of great student blogs out there - be sure to check them out because they'll give you plenty of inspiration. And remember that you don't have to wait for something spectacular to happen to write a post about it - your readers will be interested in the normal things going on in your life too. After all, their lives will be different.

A few great places to start looking at student blogs: http://www.classblogmeister.com and http://code-samuel.blogspot.com/ Remember that commenting is a 2 way street - if you take the time to comment on other kids' blogs they will most likely comment on yours. You might even find a blog "pen pal" or two!

Oh, and I love the fish :)

    Have fun,

    Bronwen

  6. Hi, Sam! So glad you are blogging! What do you think you will write about? What are your interests? You might want to start with a list like the one I did here: http://edublogs.misd.net/litlearnshare/2010/10/22/things-about-me-as-a-reader/ You could even make a list of things about you as a writer. Have fun! (Love your peace shirt, by the way!)
